There are two structures cabinets, framed and frameless construction. Each style creates a unique aspect to the cabinets and requires very different methods of determining the structure of the cabinet.
Framele Construction: This style of cabinet presented a very modern, clean look. It consists of a box without a front. Moreover, there is Stiles lanes or blocking the way that access is easy. Accessories special hardware used to fasten the door and the pin and the pin is used in construction.
Apart from the structure outside the box is put to its own construction. During its construction, special attention should be paid to the frequent changes of humidity kitchens. Because of these changes in the levels of moisture, the box must be of a material that can adapt well. Rarely is solid wood, because wood tends to warp under such exposure. Instead, it is typically made of plywood, particle or flakeboard furniture-grade, or medium density fiber. Even with custom cabinets, very few cabinet makers use solid wood, except for the face painting. Each of the aforementioned materials have their own features when they come into contact with water. Plywood is the best choice when looking for durability.
Floating panels are another feature designed to allow moisture. The term "floating" is used to describe this kind of panel, which literally fleet between rows of wood instead of being stuck down. This allows the panel to move freely and adapt to changes in humidity frequently received in the kitchen.
The cabinet doors are typically made of a different material, the box is attached to. In fact, solid wood is commonly used on doors, such as oak or maple. The warp factor can be solved through the use of multiple strips of wood in a variety of sizes. This gives more flexibility to the gate under wet conditions.
